Businesses and organisations often need to communicate directly with their customers in the field but may lack the resources, skills and/or expertise. Over the years, the streamlining of many business functions has resulted in an absence of personnel to undertake in-field activities, often impacting on a Company’s financial performance.

Recognising this growing problem for businesses, Total Risk established a core business function ‘Field Agent Services’. Since 2008, our national Field Services team has been managed and coordinated from our central office in Wellington. From its commencement, our experienced and specialist team has assisted a diverse group of clients throughout New Zealand, successfully resolving a wide range of customer issues. 

A key to our success is a structured process utilising staff with high interpersonal skills, who can effectively influence most situations, de-escalate conflict, and negotiate a solution that will work for both our client and the customer.
